We supply services in the setting out of units for construction, as well as the preparation of Unit and Strata Plans in accordance with the legislation of the State or Territory.

Topographic Surveys

Topographic surveys from surveyors are used in the design process for engineers and architects. These plans include:

• surface levels
• structural detail & service information

Using the latest software and data collection techniques, we are able to provide detailed plans of the highest quality.

Engineering Setout

Construction of new subdivisions requires the setout of the infrastructure. This includes roadworks, hydraulics and services.

Scott D McNiven & Associates are experienced in the engineering setout of large subdivision projects.

We provide setout and conformance reports during the construction process, and Work as Executed at the completion of the civil project.

Subdivision

Subdivision involves the breaking up of land into separate portions.

Design of these portions, along with the preparation of legal Deposited Plans in accordance with the Survey Practice Regulations, all form part of the surveyor’s duties in subdividing land.
