Scott D McNiven and Associates began business in the ACT in 1991. Scott has worked within the survey industry since 1980 starting under an apprenticeship in Newcastle, NSW. He studied surveying at Newcastle University, graduated in 1988, and then became registered with the Board of Surveyors in 1989.

Scott and his team of Surveyors and assistants have been involved in both large and small projects throughout the ACT and NSW.

The Company offers services to both large construction and development companies and to individual homeowners, builders, or architects.

Over the years Scott and his team have developed excellent client relationships with a large number of builders, developers, and architects within the region and as a result, have become one of the leading Survey providers for the area.
